Welcome to the TN OH. Great to see new folks. I had the lap band on Dec, 3rd. I've lost 23lbs. I have had 1 adjustment. My wife Cheryl has lost 150+ lbs sense August of 2007. again good to see new folks. We have two clubs that meet face to face and have a great time . the Lunch bunch meets the second Saturday of the month and the dinner club meets the last Saturday of the month. this month we are going to O'Charlies at Rivergate at 6:00pm.
