New Support Group
Build the Mind,Body, and Soul
Starting February, 26th Hobson Pike Baptist Church is opening their doors and allowing me to start a support group. The address is 3525 Hobson Pike. Hermitage, TN. The time of the meeting will be from 6:00pm-8:00pm. The group will meet the last Thursday of each month.
I will be the moderator, there will be a time each night for self evaluation, low impact exercise, and round table discussion of real life issues. From time to time there will be special speakers, and protein parties.
From l24 get of at Old Hickory Blvd, turn left. Travel toward Mt. Juliet go approx. 8 miles and the church will be on the left.
From l40 travel toward providence shopping Center. Travel 6 miles on S. Mt Juliet rd. the church will be on the right.
