So what are you guys up to with respect to moving today???  Every little bit counts, so let's hear it!

Today--So far:  I finally did my exercise ball stuff!  2 sets of 10@ ball raises, ball twists and alternating arm/leg lifts.  I did 16 reps of my leg exercises with my stretch bands followed by 20 minutes on the elliptical (I broke 1600 strides today, yahoo!).  Walk #1 in the bag and plan on at least one more 20 minute walk.  I need to catch up on my food diary with breakfast, vitamin check list and water/Crystal light checklist.  I also see Jennifer N. today for a weigh in and pre-surgery consultation.

Yesterday--Accomplished:  2 x 20 minute walks plus a 20 elliptical workout.  My body bugg said I walked 10,218  strides and burned 2972 calories.  My food diary said I ate about 1926 calories.

Tomorrow--Goals:  same old same old with respect to exercise, plus food diary and blood sugar checks.  The more I monitor my behaviors (especially with the food diary), the better in check I stay.

Neeeeeeext!!!

I've cleaned out closets and Chest of drawers. Gone through clothes. And you know what I didn't realize there was that many that was that big on me. What happened??? Where did it go?? Most of them I only got to wear maybe 1 time!!!  Hugs to all Bar5

I worked today for 1.5 hours. Then I did my grocery shopping. Came home and put it all away. Now I am going to start going thru closets to declutter before I start packing to move.

Sounds like a busy and energetic morning!  I wonder how many steps you have taken so far?

I have always fantasized about having an organized move and decluttering and paring down my stuff before a move.  Yeah, I'm not so good at that!

I'm rooting for you and will think of all your hard work when I trip my way through my cluttered garage.  Yeah, that would be the one I cannot park in!

Keep on moving!!

What a fantastic side effect of your cleaning exercise!  Now you can clear out those too big things to make space for new clothes!  Wooo hooo!!!

Hugs to you too, Barb!  Keep up the good work!

Good to see that everyone else is able to move this week.  I am still under the weather, hoping this cold turned sinus infection is gone soon, really soon.    I want to be able to get off my back and move.

Hang in there, Sherry!  You'll be back in the swing of things in no time.

I may be wrong, and you can totally check with your doctor, but once you're past the worst of your bug and if your symptoms are above your neck, you can start working out again.

I got hit by some nasty bug in November and it wasn't until I got back on the wagon (elliptical) that I started feeling significantly better.  I still have residual coughing from it, but that's finally beginning to taper off.  And exercising definitely opens up my sinuses.  However, keep in mind they're not infected!

Feel better and drink lots of fluids to loosen all that gunk up!

Hey Marilyn,  how are you feeling?  Has anyone come up with a plan to help your headaches?

I'm glad you felt well enough to hop on the exercise bike!  Go, Marilyn!  I bought one last year and it's great, but I can't do more than a few minutes before my butt goes numb.  Lovely!

I hope to be able to ride it and work up to Marilyn Time on it!  While still being able to feel my butt, too!

Hugs!!
Denise
