Jenn, Trina, and Bama,
I haven't had labs (see new post) but I too wonder if it is a malabsortion thing or an immunity thing.  I have had a immune disorder for several years.  I do take calcium (BA) twice a day, but you never know.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I meant the usual labs following WLS. I see you're just over a year out, so I expect you had some fairly recently on your 12 mo. surgiversary, right? I would dig those out and really scrutinize the PTH, Vit. D., and calcium levels, because if those are not on the high end of normal, maybe your body isn't able to do the work to accept the bone graft by building new bone. I'll confess I'm not 100% sure that RNYers get PTH and Vit D. tested, but I would think you would.
