Anyone need size 30+ clothes?
Yeah, I know the smiley isn't apropos of anything. I just felt one was in order.
I see that you've found a new home for your clothes, so I'm not asking about that. I thought it was very brave and smart of you to stop trying to wear the bigger clothes now that you've lost weight. You're having great success, and having new clothes that actually fit you will help you get your head around the new You, I'll bet!

I also threw away lots of clothes that anyone with any self asteem wouldn't have been wearing. Why did I walk around in clothes with stains or that were threadbear? I threw away two bags of clothes that were in embarrassing shape.
I was worth better than that even if I didn't believe it at the time.
I now have a closet that every piece in it is in good repair and fits me (is neither to small or to big).

That's a wonderful state of affairs! I have insane collecting genes, and I have trouble throwing out anything! I promise, when I lose weight, I'll toss everything that's too big for me as SOON as it becomes too big.
I also notice, since I've had my sleeve gastrectomy, I don't spill on myself as much as I have done in the past. I eat more slowly, and more carefully. I guess that's all the difference! Because I haven't lost *that* much weight that I don't still have the "shelf" for stuff to fall on.
