I think we have discussed this before but I don't know how to search the TN forum...
What do you guys think?  I love coffee, but does this have too much sugar(7gms)?

It's the caffeine for me. I emailed the company and asked - they are developing a decaf formula, but it won't be available until late 2009.

I haven't had any problem with either the caffiene or the sugar in it.  I love it!

The trick to some proteins, even the ones you buy and hate, is in the doctoring of them...  there is always a sugar free syrup for whatever ails your sick protein powder!  And, if you don't care for the strength of a flavor, such as my disdain for such a strong espresso coffee flavor in Click, you can always doctor that as well.

I like to use 3/4 scoop of my favorite chocolate protein powder *which in the past has been Matrix, then Champion, then Nectar Choc Truffle* and just 1/2 scoop of Click.  That way it makes a wonderful chocolatey mocha drink instead of a strong espresso coffee drink.  I have also done this in the past with Syntha 6 Mochachino which is higher in calories and carbs, but it will put just the wonderful finishing touch on your mocha drink.

My favorite prior to surgery was a Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino.  I have strived to make a perfect protein mocha and the above two concoctions are mine...  my faves...  the trick is to experiment.
