Hey Bob! Thanks for keeping us in line!
Today: So far--20 minutes elliptical at a moderate pace, 20 minute morning walk and a quick jaunt across the street to CVS. Right now I'm at 6736 on my pedometer. I'm aiming for 10,000.
Yesterday: Accomplished--my body bugg totals were 9763 strides (so close!) and it says I burned 2737-ish calories. I forgot to sync up this morning, so those numbers may be low. My food diary came in at 2100 calories. It was my third day of being vigilant and measuring everything that goes in the ol' pie hole!
Tomorrow: Goals--planning on doing a whole work week of workouts by doing my boring old regular on the elliptical, and walking to and from my car to my office. Friday = red band leg exercises. Also log my food as I promised Jessica I would email her a copy of my food diaries. And of course drink Crystal Light like there's no tomorrow. Dear Diary: It has been over 6 days since I have had diet Pepsi!!! That's probably the longest DP free run I've had since CHILDHOOD!!!

You think you found one today?!? Oh how FUN!!!!
I'm like an HGTV addic****ching shows about homes (house hunters, property virgins, buy me). Deeetails--what are the basics, # rooms, baths, square footage, etc?
Someday I want to buy a house out in the country with some land, so my dogs'll have tons of room to run around and chase rabbits. Someday . . . someday. For now, I'll enjoy my teeny yard.
If this is your first house, you're gonna love being a homeowner!

I do and I saw Mel's post saying you were here! If I knew you were doing some kind of speaking engagement, I would'a came to stalk you! I'll be the crazy one in the back!
I'm off the beaten path in the research side of campus. They make the buildings terribly difficult to maneuver through and I am convinced there are little cameras everywhere. We're just in a large rat's maze and the Psych people are having a heyday studying our behavior!
I can't do regular pushups on the floor, as my elbows would likely explode, but I did just drop and give ya 10 semi-push up thingies on the edge of my desk! Must. Comply. Bob. Exercise. Guru.
Now I am so motivated, I think I'l walk to the bathroom! It's 300 strides, round trip ya know.
