Got reports ready...
Took loads of bull from corporate since 7:30 A.M.
Sat in chair and thought about how much I loved my family and friends....
Dang Bob L... you did all that and did an important Vandy presentation too???? Dang... you are our hero.....!!!! When I grow up I wanna be just like you........

Loved the cartoon, Marilyn!
I drag myself straight to the workout machines in the morning so that I'm nearly done before I'm awake enough to talk myself in (or out!) of it! We'll see how long that lasts!
Today: So far-- 20 minutes elliptical (did 1500 strides today!), 20 minute morning walk and looking forward to the 20 minute evening walk as I think it is actually NOT RAINING for a change! I also did my stretchy band exercises on my lower body.
Yesterday: Accomplished--My body bugg totals were 11,572 strides and 1 hour and 22 minutes of moving around. It also said I burned 3003 calories. My food diary came to 1705 calories, and though that probably seems high to post-ops, dang, that took some work! I could have easily gone maniacal in the kitchen last night (weak time of day), but just kept thinking 5 more pounds. 5 more pounds, then insurance approval time!
Tomorrow: Goals--Planning on day #4 on the old elliptical, a few walks and if I can find my list of exercises, maybe a few of the exercise ball thingies I used to do at Dayani. I also plan to do my food diary and attend the Realize Band support group tomorrow night at 6.

worked yesterday on our unit budget for 2010.....yuck!! Was able to get a mile walk in, the home to bed----feeling like the respiratory crud that is going around has caught up to me. But some better this morning after sleeping 10 hours.
plan today: A class on advanced stroke care at work, with walks at breaks and after. Hopefully at least a mile if not two.
