Cheryl, you can buy them individually.  They are $3.49 each.  They have banana cream, strawberry, vanilla and chocolate.  They are located in the chilled fridge section.  They also just got the new Oh Yeah ready to drinks in (vanilla & chocolate).  I tried them.  Do you want my opinion?  For $3.49 each, and only 14 oz compared to Labrada's 17 oz, I will stick with Labrada!  Chocolate Oh Yeah too thick... too rich.  Even Tim thought so.  Vanilla, now that was something I did like the taste of...  but I am a chocolate kinda gal.

You may also want to consider using 8th Continent Light Vanilla Soy Milk or Hood Calorie countdown milk.  These have much less calories and sugars than skim milk.  Just some thoughts.  I also like the toasted marshmallow syrup in mine... with a little whip cream, splenda & cinnamon on top and you have yourself a decadent dessert (but I only do the whip cream when I am really in the mood for a dessert).....

You can also add unflavored protein powder to your sugar free/no sugar added hot chocolate...

Cheryl,

I mix half a new whey protein with Crystal Lite decaf tea and warm that in the microwave.  That gives me 10 oz. of fluid as well as 21 grams of protein.  If you don't like tea try their lemonade or fruit punch.

An envelope of SF spiced cider is 15 calories.  A tablespoon of Davinchi SF caramel sauce is 15 calories.  An envelope of SH hot chocolate is 60 calories.  Most whey protein powder is about 100 calories a scoop.  So these drinks would be about 130-160 calories each with about 17-19 grams of protein.
