IDGOMB Monday 1/5/09--2009 updated version.
I would like to say Thanks to everyone who posts here on the TN forum. Without everyone, their comments, concerns, suggestions etc, the past year would not have been possible.
I am changing the way I post on the IDGOMB segments. I will start with the activities done in the current day, then add what my plans are the next day. This is my way of holding myself accountable to ME> like the food diaries that everyone uses (or not). But I feel that putting it in type and referring back to it can make it harder to find excuses.
So join me for the 2009 updated version and post current day activity and plans for the following day.

After 9 hours at work today, I went to the gym and walked a mile in 15 minutes and did upper body weights.
tomorrow-more work, gym (walk and lower body weights)

Good to hear from you Bob, I too have been lazy on posting, but trying hard to maintain my exercise. Except the past week with the new granddaughter and helping with the big brother and my daughter after surgery. Although playing with a 20 month old, running, dancing, keeping him from locking himself in his room, constant motion, I do feel like I exercised, just not in the way I am used to.

I too have been a slacker. I just have so much on my plate recently. I hope that I can get myself together and get back to the gym. Maybe once all the dust settles in my life I will. Right now I am looking for a house to buy, my husband is getting ready to deploy, I was working crazy hours the entire month of December. I just have to find a BALANCE
