Hey mom! Look...no sling!

Finally, finally, I am out of the sling!  Well,for the most part. I am supposed to be weaning myself off it.  2 hours out in the morning and 2 in the afternoon, increasing until I don't wear it at all.  I started on New Year's day and I am now out of it about 8 hours a day.  I am thrilled!  Now, if I can just start using my arm and building up strength.  I am really excited.  I am supposed to start my new job on Feb 16 if all goes as planned.  Now, if I can get my eating back on track, all will be well with my world.

Great news Marilyn!   Glad to hear you're coming along with the healing. Keep working on it -  but just don't over do it. Take it slow and steady.  And now you can start getting back on track with your program!

Well I'll be...I had no idea Nectar Protein came in butter flavor!  I wonder when Achiev One will introduce thier Bacon Fat version!   BaWaHaaaaaa!!!

Looks like removing the ticker solved the problem.  Why don't you try putting it back and see if it will work correctly!
