New Year Mini-Challenge

 Hey Scott, please add me to the challenge!

I'm a pre-op trying to get insurance approval and I need to lose 5 pounds in order to get that 10% off so I can submit to BC/BS.

SW:  252
EW:  247

Goal #1:  exercise 4 times per week, minimum
Goal #2:  use food diary  to document eating

I'm glad I got through the holiday season without gaining anything, but now is the time to get off my butt and get those last few pounds off.  

I'd like to take off more than that, but 5 is the magic number so we can move forward with my plans for surgery.

I'll get in on this one.  Back on track from the holidays -- more exercise and break the stall/maintain of the past few months -- been holding at about 162 -- I'll go for 4 pounds to break the 160 mark to 158.  Also ...more exercise.

Hey, Scott I have my 3 yr weigh-in on January 8, so my goal for this month is 5 lbs. Now that I'm not living alone, I won't be eating out as much and will be able to get back on track.  I am getting in my water supply now everyday where before I wasn't. 

My test on the colon came back, no polyps, and nothing is wrong, they think I was just too stressed out. It really hit me hard yesterday.  I had my last nerve pushed and had I had a knife this one twurp would be dead, that's how much he upset me, and the day went down hill after that.  I cried, did call my shrinks office and spoke to a therapist last night.   That helped.  I'll see her on Tuesday morning when I head for Knoxville on Monday.  Hopefully she can get me straightened out.  I don't like being that stressed out.  I become temporarily insane and not aware of my actions. 

So put me down for 5 lbs or more.  My honey and the lady I rent from are taking good care of me.  Talk with y'all next weekend.

Starting weight - 229
Goal weight - 219
10 pounds in January is my goal, as well as exercising 5 days per week
