My best Christmas gift

I think it's snow.   They live in northern Ohio.   I don't know if they'll end up having to sue or if the truck company's insurance will be cooperative.   You never know.  My sister's best friend is a lawyer and my sister almost is (she did a lot of his research and writing when he was in law school).   So if they do decide to "lawyer up" they'll have good advice as to whom to choose.
