I feel puny

I hope its just a UTI or kidney infection.  But I have been sick since late last night...  and oh how the symptoms sure sound a little familiar...  I told Tim that he might have to take me to the ER again...  I think it might be kidney stones!  

So I am drinking Diet Oceanspray cranberry and taking 2 Azo cranberry pills a day, with lots of water...  and how could I live without my liquid Rapid Blast Tylenol?  I hope and pray that this passes soon.  I have too much stuff to work on this weekend to spend it in the ER!

I had a suspicion...  and yep I am right.  It's a kidney stone.  Youch! It hurt really bad about 1 am.  I've been getting up every few hours to drink and go to the bathroom, and take more liquid tylenol.  That helps me go back to sleep.  

 Has anyone else had kidney stones?  This will make the third one, and the pain has moved from the upper back to the lower abdomen.  I am not going to the ER unless it gets worse, MUCH WORSE, because they just tell you to drink more liquid to pu**** through and give you pain meds... which I already have something that will help me take care of pain.  

 

So I have been chugging away on my cranberry Oceanspray and water....

Did you go get an X-ray or do you know it's a stone becuase of the pain increasing like that?   Do you have a sieve to catch the stone in?   Since you're having recurring stones, it's probably a good idea to have the stone analyzed so you have an idea of how to avoid them, if at all possible, in future.

I hope you're feeling 100% better very quickly!
