Baahahahahaa!!! LOVE IT! I'll keep my eyes posted for the signs around town!!! Then I'll catch up to him and poke him with a stick to get our IDGOMB post of the day started. 
Speaking of which, I logged in my 20 minutes on the elliptical and a dreary 20 minute walk from the parking lots to my office. Ick. Nothing is more fun than walking on wet, slippery aggregate sidewalks! I hope Bob's route has better traction for inclement weather!

Got 6 pounds left to lose before I can submit to my insurance, so I'm trying to be good and exercise daily. I do the same thing pretty much every day, so I sound like a broken record! But every bit counts.

Yeah, I'm looking forward to walking back to the ol' car on those slippery sidewalks. They're those ones like in high-falutin' driveways, made of brown pebbly stuff that gets slick as snot when they're wet. They're all over the place at Vandy. Maybe I can get workman's comp if I bust my butt?!? A girl can dream, ha ha!

I was going to try to get by Vanderbilt today for my B-12 shot .... But I just could never make it over there.... So, sweet Ms. Jenn called me in a RX so that Kevin could torture me with the shot.... See, I am desperate... LOL
Can't wait for you to have your surg.... Waiting to see whose next to be a Vanderbilt Valuable.... Looks like Ms. Erika may do the honors.... Since you work there it will be easy for you to join me, Ms. Barb, Ms. Juanita and a whole bunch of the rest of us that love to go visit WLS patients at Vanderbilt... We all love an excuse to eat at the awesome Vanderbilt Cafeteria... It is our hang out....

Hee hee, I aim to please! I'm also pretty sure I'm much more goofy in person than on boards. You get the added bonus of silly facial expressions to the experience.
I wanna be a Vandy Value! Totally count me in with the WLS welcome wagon team! How fun! Though I am a bit scared . . . does haviing WLS make the food in the cafeteria actually taste good? I do enjoy the $20 a pound salad bar, but everything else I've tried is kinda icky.
When I first started there 17 years ago, I used to get a grilled ham and cheese sandwich for lunch in the cafeteria most days. And I wonder why I am 252 pounds?
Huh? What was that? I think I just saw Bob biking by in the drizzle! Better chase him down, it'll definitely burn a few calories!!!

I just was gazing at some bikes the other day, I found some stationary bike trainers, I thank it would behuth(sp) BobL to invest in one of these contraptions. What do ya'll thank??? Bless his heart, he doesn't have all that padd'n, so for his protection I figure this is his safest route. LOL. Trina love the sign. It's him, fits to a "T" actually it could fit both Bob's, whatta ya thank???
