adult eating disorders

Hi all.Is anyone aware of an adult eating disorder program in Nashville area? I have found some in Chattanooga and Memphis, but nothing in M'boro or Nashville area. (They also must take insurance.) Renfrew amd Rader don't take my insurance. Any other ideas out there please? I'm desperate to get help working on this before surgery. Thanks!
