200 gone forever
Well my friends I wanted to upadate you and let you know that I have now lost.........203 pounds. I am now at 162 pounds and only have 12 more pounds of my goal at 150. I can not belive the ride this has been this year. I don't post often, but I read daily and your words of comfort and grace( even though they might have not been directly to me) have given me the help I needed at times, and times I didn't even relize I needed help. I can not only thank you but my family , yes Scott, I am even counting you. They have been right by my side. Well time is short and I have to return to work- it's just nice to get on and say "Thank You"

Hi Melissa, fantastic news. I agree with Cheryl you'll make it to your goal. It's been a busy year, I agree, but I wouldn't have changed a thing that first year of my surgery. It's hard to believe that it's almost been 3 years for me. I would have changed this year and tried to work out more regardless of having several surgeries. I know you are thrilled that the first 203 are gone for good. So proud of you.

My internet at work doesn't allow me to post on OH... read yes, post no. For the most part. Luckily I did get one to finally go through for Cheryl about the free fridge! But I have waited all day to get home and write a post that I knew would go through.
Melissa, we are all so happy for and proud of you. I saw your recent picture with Scott & Beth on his website, and all I thought was "WOW". You have come a long way! I wish you all the happiness in the world
Wow congrats......You are sooo inspiring for me. I am a little over 3 months out and I really can't wait to be in your shoes. I am 104 down with 165 to go...everytime I try to think a year out I just can't see it. It is great hearing your success. You will make your goal. You are my hero!

I am thrilled to have had the Lower Body Lift! There are times I don't even recognize myself in the mirror. It has been a wonderful year. WLS is a phenomenal tool!
