One Small step for man, One giant leep for me
I am finally home. After leaving the hospital we went to see the Preds play. I know that I am crazy. Thank you all for the calls, emails, pms, and most of all prayers. As Paula and Cheryl said, everything went well. I made laps around that floor so that the nurses stayed off my rear. I drank till my eyes floated.
There is a little tenderness in the belly. But I am tough. Again thanks for everything. Hey Scott, Can you come up with a looser's bench with a bear and a dolphine. My nickname is flipper.

My friend I want to welcome you to the Losers Bench! It's been a long and winding road (almost sounds like a Beatles tune)! But you have made it.
It has been a while since I made a Losers Bench. Not because I thought it was stupid, or did not want to. It was because my time has really gotten short. But I could not, and would not leave you out. With all you have done for the boards, the people involved, and your enthusiasm this past year, you deserve your own personalized Losers Bench!
So, here goes...
May this bench be a place of rest after those long days of directing people at the Titans game!
May it be a place of solitude and comfort for both you and Cheryl!
