I second PF Chang's. Their web site also gives nutrition info on all their food. Just a couple a blocks up the street (away from downtown-I'm geographically challenged) is Ted's Montana Grill. Had my first buffalo meat there. A few blocks away from Changs towards downtown is Amerigo's. Yes, it's Italian, but also serves some non-Italian entrees. We were there in Aug. and had a wonderful grilled talapia and you know fish is a great WLS food. I know Amerigo's has a web site and Ted's probably does as well because my niece loves the Ted's in Columbus, OH where she lives and she led us to Ted's at a family reunion held at the West End area. It's hard to go wrong with the West End in Nashville. Many, many places to eat. Many nice hotels. Lots to do since it's close to downtown and Vanderbilt with art galleries, boutiques, etc. Our August family reunion was great.
Have a great get-away week-end.

OOPS! All that and I forgot to tell you that I planned that week-end reunion all from right here in Cookeville by using the Web. Just Google "Nashville West End".
