Christmas Mini Challenge
All right ladies and gents! Time to get rid of those extra pounds we gained during that feast of food known as Thanksgiving! Christmas is just around the corner!
Everyone loves unwrapping presents, so let's unwrap those extra pounds! If you need any ideas on exercise, just let me know. You can go spend hours walking around the mall looking for that perfect gift for me! I'm sure that'll knock a few pounds off! LOL!
So, what are we waiting for! Just let us know 2 things:
1) Starting Weight
2) Amount of weight you would like to lose, maintain, or any other goal you have for the Christmas Season.
WOW, how easy is that?
I am in a State employee sponsored event called "Maintain Don't Gain". So if that is all you want to do during the season, then let's go for it! Quite a few of us are at that point where we aren't losing pounds anymore, and just want to "maintain"!
Starting weight: 189 pounds
Goal: Maintain that weight
