You might need to install Quicktime, it is a free download.  Here is a explanantion from Big Mickey, the techie person at Bariatric TV:

To watch the videos on the site you will need to have QuickTime player installed on your system. To get this player just go to the following webpage and download the player for your operating system.

Once installed your ready to watch.

Yes.. what Scott said..  if you dowload Quicktime (its free) you should be good to go.  If you are still having issues, though - you can leave a comment on the main bariatrictv.com page for help OR join the forum and put a comment in the technical support board for assistance..
