plastic surgery help

I had lapband 4 years ago and am stable and would like to have plastic surgery to fix all the skin. I would like to find out if insurance is able to be used and who may have had it in my area and estimated cost.

I used Dr. Michael Hueneke in Nashville.  He is with Plastic Surgery Associates, and he does not charge for the initial consultation.  He spends about an hour with you on the first visit.  He will tell you up front if he can provide the desired results because he wants his patients to be happy.  He won't tell you he can do it if he can't...  that makes him look bad if people don't give good referrals, etc.

 He did take pictures, send them with a letter to my insurance (Blue Cross of TN), and I received approval within 7 days of the insurance companies receipt of the information.  It was easier for me to get approval for that then it was for my gastric.  

I had a tummy tuck (aka abdominoplasty, aka panniculectomy) with muscle repair.  My insurance company would not pay for the muscle repair as it is considered cosmetic and my cost for it was $3600.  I had a copay on the tummy tuck portion so I dont know how much it was or how much it would be for you.  It varies according to your insurance.
