BariatricTV - episode 4 is up

Hi All -

BariatricTV is a podcast by WLS patients for WLS patients.  We launched on Halloween and our latest episode is now up and can be viewed at www.bariatrictv.com.

You can also get our episodes via iTunes - go to Store/Podcasts/Video Podcasts/Health and look for BariatricTV..

We welcome all feedback, ideas, thoughts, etc.

Our most recent episode has a segment in it from the recent OH convention in LA...  Check it out!

I viewed it last night, and at times, it  was so funny!  I love the format. It's like a REAL show, not like YouTube.  You will really like it.

Thanks Mel!  Toni, Mike and I have a good time and we really want people to enjoy it.   As you know - we want lots of feedback - ideas for what you guys/gals want to see on upcoming episodes AND we will be giving free cr*p away!  :-)

Hey Tennessee, if you have not seen BTV, you need to check it out! Toni & Lynda are awesome.  They put the 411 out the good, the bad, and the ugly!  Wait a minute, I think they could make a movie by that name!  Clint Eastwood could play a weight loss surgery patient.  "Go ahead Protein, make my day!"  Sorry, I couldn't resist. 

If you don't see yourself in the way they define FREAKS, that's OK.  I myself felt as if these 2 were spying on me it was so real!

Anyway, you need to hop over to their site and check out each of the episodes so far!  Especially the definitions of FREAKS! There are only 4 so far.  New ones come out each Friday.

Freak On!

Yea I watched all 4 episodes, thought it was clever and fun. But can't believe they left the Holy Braille of fast food: Wendy's Chili!!!! But it was worth the time short and interesting. C'ya Bob

Hey Bob -

Actually Wendys was originally in the script but we took it out cuz I had gotten sick on it.. too much sugar.. But it is YUMMY and I know thousands of post ops love it right after surgery and beyond.  Luckily there ARE some decent fast food choices for us out there - we just have to make the smart choices when faced with all of that easy to get food!  :-)
