What's On Your Plate? TGIF Edition

Hello, Tennessee people!

We do this over on the VSG Forum, and I find it really helps me with new ideas, motivation, etc. We list what we're eating every day. I know someone else posts the exercise, but with this, we can combine both. If it doesn't work, that's OK. Just thought I would try it here to see if we could get it going. I don't always post every day, so if I'm not here by dinnertime, someone else can feel free to get the string going. Here's how we post it over on VSG - The Daily Plate can be a huge help with this.

B: 1 egg with a bit of cheddar cheese
S: 8 oz protein shake
L: 1/2 cup stir fry with beef, chicken, green beans
S: Better Balance White Cheddar Kruncheeze (thank you, Mel!)
D: ?? (But thinking about some Lean Cuisine)

So far...
Calories - 500, Fat - 23g, Carbs - 19g, Protein - 53g

Water - 64 oz
Exercise - 30 min in my apartment complex's exercise room
Vitamins - yep, got 'em all in

Vitamins - got them all in
