Bryers Ice Cream

Has a Carb smart thats also sugar free....Holy Cow it is so good with some sugar free whip cream.

This will be my weekly treat...Unitl I find a new one......I am so happy cause this is the first time I have tried something sweet since before my surgery.

I have always worried about the Sugar alcohol content but this one hardly any in it.

two tablespoons and I am satisfied.

Be cautious though. If you eat even 1/8 cup, it could upset your tummy.  i have no idea why, but the chocolate, even 2 bites, will make my stomach cramp so bad.  Not a dumping, or sugar alcohol, effect...  but I have only had one other thing do that to me, a low carb Big Train Iced Mocha mix.  I am thinking its some type of ingredient...  the vanilla and butter pecan are both really good...

thanks Mel for your concern but I only had a spoonful and it sat just fine on my tummy, I have nto had any kind of desert as of yet so I did take it real slow.

That chocolate breyers is good.  I wi**** did not make my stomach ache.  When I really get hungry for some chocolate ice cream, I just add some sugar free Hersheys to the vanilla carbsmart.  I still think something in that and the Big Train must make my tummy hurt cause of sensitivity to an ingredient... oh well.  Who knows? lol
