FINALLY back to recumbent bike. Did 15 minutes yesterdat, trying to slowly build back to my 45 mins a day. Obviously no upper body strengthening for a LONG time!

OK, paperwork gone for insurance approval so I'm on my way!! Walked a mile at gym, then planted 100 daffodils (OK, so I'm a little late with the planting!)
