I am now a demo expert
Well considering I tore out my first wall this weekend, I now consider myself to be a demolition expert! LOL. Wow, Tim gave me the hammer and said, "Go ahead." I said, "What do I do with this?" He said, "Give it a whack." So, I did! I tore out the wall in between two closets. And guess what? I LIKED IT A LOT!
Sorry I have not been on the board much lately. Life is really keeping me busy, especially with new experiences that I never had before wls! But you all know that I love you and I love this board with all my heart. I read it all the time, and keep up with what's going on. I loved BobL's post about the importance of the board in his life because I feel very much the same way. I've met some wonderful people and have great friends that otherwise, I would have never had.
Now, speaking of friends, we have plenty of projects to do. So if any of you find yourself at home, bored out of your mind, you can just come on over with your paint brushes and we will put you right to work!
Don't think I have forgotten my protein finds of the week column here on OH. Jenn and I found ProMax vanilla & strawberry shakes (ready to drink) at Big Lots for $1.70. They are pretty good... a little sweet and needs some water added in but hey, GREAT in your coffee as creamer! $1.70 compared to Labrada $3.50... that is a great deal... so head on over to your local Big Lots and see if you can find some!
OH, and I also got a great deal on my favorite MOO MAGIC at KRogers (only they package it under Kroger brand "In An Instant Chocolate Malt Milk Mix") and it was half price! $1.69. I was soo happy that I bought 9 boxes.
