Hello friends

Last night was interesting.  Tim & I finally found the house we wanted, closed on it, and now the fun can begin!  Our realtor gave us a gift card to Chili's so we took Mike out to eat as sort of a "retainer" so that he can help me pick out the colors and paint on the house... 

Afterwards, we all went to our new home, unlocked the door for the very first time, and then made our list of "to do's".  It only includes knocking out some walls, relocating doors, relocating closet entrances, lots of paint, and tender lovin' care!  I am so excited. And my favorite words are, as always, "I just can't stand myself right now!"  In other words...  I'm so excited that I can hardly contain my feelings!

 

That is great news Melinda, you need to take pictures before, during and after. This will be a great time for ya'll. Will everything be done before Christmas? This is one heck of a present for ya'll. Keep us posted on your progress. I do have a question......is there a place in the kitchen big enough for all of your protien and stuff finds.........lol

Last night Tim said, "I want you to know one more thing...we're going to have a light Christmas this year."  I said, "I already told you what I want."  He said:  "A pillow?"  I like his pillow and it cost about $50.  I'm to cheap to buy it for myself.  I said, "NO, although I want one of those too" lol.  

My Christmas wish is to spend the night in our new home.  That will make me plenty happy.

I am so happy for you and Tim! I can't wait to see the house! I am sure that it can be ready by December 25th!!!!

Oh and something tells me you will get that pillow if you really want it! LOL
You guys are the best and Brian and I could not be happier about the house!
