12 miles stationary bike, 30 crunch's, 8 pull-ups. Stuck in Indy at a medical convention thought I would get some real bike time in but it's been in the 20-30's to cold for me!!!!! C'ya Bob

I was stuck in an office all day at work, and then all evening at home.
Such is the life of a preacher preparing for the upcoming week.

I've run some fever  this morning, hummmm does that count. And packed several boxes. Lets see, and loaded the dish washer..
