Good afternoon everybody,

HAPPY Veteran's Day

I passed my OH Leader training a couple months ago.  Since then I have been doing lots of research and now feel like I have a good foundation to announce my OH Support group.  I would love for you to join the group and just hang out.  My group's name is NASCAR_29.  And if you are a  NASCAR fan then you will feel right at home.  If you are a KEVIN HARVICK fan you will REALLY feel at home. 

BUT, no matter which driver you follow, NASCAR ROCKS and the theme of our group is another common interest. 

Our weight loss journey begins when we have the desire to lose weight.  My philosophy doesn't center around Weight Loss Surgery.  It centers around feeling better about yourself, your health and your body image.  If that means losing weight the traditional way, ie diets, or if it means surgery or any point in between, I would like my group to fill those needs.
