IDGOMB Monday 11-10-08
Calling all IDGOMB members and everyone else to get up and move!!!!!
It is late fall going into winter and that makes it harder to get out and get going (for most). Plus the holidays are coming (quickly) and more temptation with lots of rich, sweet foods around all the time. (this is will power--be strong and resist)
Exercise is the answer to losing or maintaining during these next months.
Everyone on the TN board should feel free to post how much moving you did each day.
SO let's get moving........a little or a lot....it doesn't matter, Anything is better than nothing!!!
Today, IDGOMB and walked a mile at the gym then did my weights (upper and lower).
Felt good to MOVE!!
