Hey Scott!

I have been fluctuating between the same few pounds for the past 3 months.  I hope that I can go below 180.

Current:  186
Pounds to lose:  7
Goal weight: 179

I will do the Thanksgiving challange...

Mini challenge=maintain   (this is the hardest time of the year)  would be happy to maintain
goal  stay at 213

Will get there by continuing the walking, biking and weights at the gym 3-4 times per week.
