Let's Have An Update
Hiya,,since my last update months agooo,,at my 6 month visit Dr Spaw said I was down to 170 ( I am 5 ft 8 ) and it was up to me how much more weight I want to lose and that I'm good,,I am in a 32 inch by 32 in jeans and a mends medium in shirt's,,but last week I re-located till thanksgiving weekend to san diego and will relocate to las vegas that weeknd I just mentioned,,Dr Spaw gave me info on a dr in Vegas for me to go to,,who actually trained Dr Spaw
