Why do most of us shy away from recording our lives? The reflection that journaling or photo journaling provides gives us a place to examine what life really means to us. Inside the covers of our diary or journal we can be mindful, playful, tearful or awful. The paper doesn't care. It receives the mood we're in and preserves it for us to look at and learn from.
May my photo journal entries be a tool to transform my attitude from fainthearted to fearless....
The weather was wonderful this weekend.. Kevin and I went on a picnic and had a great time. I can't remember the last time we went on a picnic. The kids must have been babies.. They are all grown now and it is just Kevin and I.....

You know a few years ago and prior to a 165 pound weight loss over the past 2 years I could have never been able to do this. I was ashamed and humiliated to have my picture taken. I was unable to even sit down on a blanket in the park much less try to get up or roll up from it... LOL....
I hope this encourages someone out there that it can be done. There is hope... If I can do it you can do it....

I can just feel the wheel turn'n!!!! I'm so proud of ya, this ain't about me, this is about you, and what a wonderful day ya'll look at though you are hav'n!!! You go girl!!!!!!Love ya sweetie!!!!
