IDGOMB 11-4-08

Not the tradional moving of my butt today, but still moving.   I parked at the far end of garage, took the steps like 7 times to and from meetings all day then back to the car at the end of the garage....then some hiking around Home Depot in Clarksville (ordering stuff).
Didn't get to the gym today, but IDGOMB today 11-4-08

Worked arms light weights, trying to kick a cold so thats all I had energy for.
