Just curous.  What is IDGOMB?  I have been following the writings of your riding and workouts for a while and am guessing "I did get off my bu**".  Am I at least close? lol

Hey Bob,

And yes!!

My husband and I joined the community center last month and have been walking at least 1 mile every other day. Living here in the Smokies it's very hard to find a level surface to walk on. I am trying to get myself ready for the surgery/next phase of my life.  But I will not push myself yet because I am NOT going to try to lose any weight until my insurance has given the ok.   hey might wan to weigh me again before they give me the nod, lol.

Hi Everybody,
Rode my bike 15 miles this morning, boy was it cold. I was missing my 200 pound overcoat.  GO TITANS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
