Halloween Mini Challenge Check In Time
Well, I am still on my plateau, maintaining at 213#. But did meet my goal of getting to the gym for my weight routine twice weekly......adding also biking at least 3-5miles three time per week along with my walks of 2-3 miles.
Clothes are still fitting differently every week, people still notice (husband especially).....All is good,
