update and clothes needs, please

went to see the physical therapist yesterday for dressing change and exercises.  turns out surgery was part open, part arthroscopic.  they severed my deltoid muscle, repaired the tear, took a piece of my clavicle and worked on my ac joint.  the pain is incredible, much worse than the spinal fusion and made worse by it not being completely healed yet.  but, i am doing as well as they expect.  for the first time yesterday, i understood passing out due to pain cause i did it at pt and almost again this morn when ron was dressing me.

speaking of dressing, i am in desperate need of size medium stretch pants-no zippers and size large or extra large long sleeved shirts that have some stretch to get around the splint.  they don't have to be huge, they just need to be able to be pulled on.  i can't get out and i don't own even 1 long sleeve shirt.  can anyone help me?  i will pay for shipping.

also, i wonder what this stupid contraption weighs.  it can never be taken off, so i weighed this morning with it on.  i weigh 6 pounds more than last week! since i have barely eaten since wednesday, i find that troubling, but not anything i can worry about right now.

I may have some long sleeve shirts in large or XL.  Just packed away some clothes which are too small for me now and think I may be able to help you out.  I promise to let you know in next day or two.
I'm so sorry they had to do such extensive work and you are in such pain.  Don't hesitate to take the meds to try and keep that pain under control.
