When does the feelin' some energy part kick in???
I overslept by about 20 minutes, dragged myself out of bed and logged in my 20 minutes on the elliptical. Went as slow as I could without falling off because I was so tired.
Also got my 20 minute walk in on the way to work. Current pedometer tally is 5239 at 10:30ish this morning. Daily goal is 10,000 (yesterday I did 10,735). I'll probably have to take several walks on campus today just to keep from falling asleep!!!
Yawn. I'm sleeping better (not waking up as much), but I am soooooo poooped!!! Hoping to feel some energy increase soon.
