hi all. just got home. please forgive the weird one handed typing. thanx for everything. surgery went well. the nerve block is still effective for a few more hours so that is why i can type. it won't be fun when it wears off is what they told me, but i will survive. nancy brought chili over to the house, wasn't that sweet. ron really appreciates it. again thanx and i will try to get on the board again tomorrow.

Hopefully this will post, but I have been staying close to the phone waiting to hear, glad to see you are doing well and our prayers have been answered, tell Ron I said to take good care of you, but I know he will!!!

Glad your surgery went great. That nerve block, you better enjoy that now. I had one...mmm.mmm.mmm...just keep taking the pain meds and rest (coming from a recent experience)

Glad your haome and the surgery went well !!!! I think now would be a good time to see an arm wrestling match between you and Sue. And Ron, Laryy, myself, and the 2 Bobs can sit on the sideline eating some of Bleu's chili! Anyone game?

My nerve block lasted for almost 24 hours, after that pain meds and a heating pad will be your best friends.

I wish I could tell you the worst is over but they don't call them Physical Terrorists for nothing. The PT was the worst part of my shoulder surgery for a torn rotator cuff and frozen shoulder. It will take a while but all the pain is worth it to get your shoulder back to normal operation.

Good to hear that all went well. You take care and don't over do it. I will be taking notes on your recovery, as I will probably be having mine sometime after Feb.
