Another protein find
I went to Harris Teeter this morning (don't tell my boss. I called in sick today). I found Ostrim jerky there for 1.79 each.... HOWEVER, the bbq flavor was on sale for 54 cents! Of course, I wiped them out. I bought 16 sticks.
Thought I would pass it on because I did not hit all of the local Harris Teeters... I'm sure there are still some out there! LOL. I hit the one on Franklin Road in Brentwood.
This morning I have been to Kroger, Harris Teeter,Fresh Market (not open yet) and Publix.
Kroger has the sugar free choc chips. Look for the Hersheys. They look identical to the regular, except that it says "Sugar Free". I got it at Walmart on Nolensville Road. Krogers down at Edmondson Pike.
I bet your Walmart has it too... I'd be interested in knowing...
Another find was instant espresso (tall huge jar) at Publix, 4.99. I had to order it recently from the internet but this jar was HUGE, and like 10 times the size... I have not found instant espresso anywhere else locally... though I'm sure it is out there...
I'm still updating my list of "What Can I Buy Locally" on my site but here is the link:

If you have products you need, let me know. I will try to find them. If you know of products, email me and I will add them to the list! We're all here to help one another... without paying an arm and a leg in these tough times for our products!! LOL
Wendy told me Kroger had unsweetened coconut flakes... 99 cents in the baking section. That is cheap... and easy to find... It's the Kroger brand.
Where do you get the roasted cocoa almonds? I will add them to the list, and I must give them a try....
Michael, I dont know anywhere locally that has them, but a cheap place to order them from is Netrition.com as its only $4.95 shipping, regardless of how much you order. That's great, as other places charge more the more you buy.
