Thanks for the details on the IDGOMB deal, Bob!  You are a HOOT as well as a great motivator!   We're not worrrrthy! 

I did 20 minutes on my elliptical trainer this morning.  Had the ramp inclined to 3 and the resistance at 2.  I've been good this week so I just took it easy and only went about 80 strides a minute.

My goal is to get >10,000 logged on my pedometer by day's end.  I'll post the total at the end of the day.

What are you guys doing to get off your butts?

Hey guys & gals,it is such a busy day for me. I've already done the leg lifts on the coach. Bethy, my lil sis. I thank, thought that I 'd lost my mind. Then I gotta cook lunch for us. Braised chicken, with nacho cheese and mild chilli. yummy. And Bake. I precook the chicken, til it's almost done, in the oven, then add the cheese and chilles to it.  And at 4:00 off to pick up Joe at the airport, he is com'n in from my nieces wedd'n tomorrow.  Off to rehearsal.   da da!!!
