Halloween Mini Challenge Update

Good morning ladies and gents!
Just wanted to update everyone on the Halloween Mini Challenge! It's not to late to join, we've still got 2 weeks to stay away from those evil little goodies known as "Tricks or Treats!
If you would like to help scare those pounds away, jump right in. Just let me know your starting weight, and how much you would like to lose by Halloween! If you are at your perfect weight and would like to set up a different goal, hop right in!
We have several who have set goals of going to the gym, walking more, and even one who has decided they want to finish a book by Halloween! So, what are you waiting for!
Light the pumpkin and kick the tires, let's have fun!

Count me in, Scott!
Starting Weight: 258.4
Goal: lose 3 pounds in 2 weeks
Plan:
--20 minutes on elliptical at least 5 days a week
--skip shuttle bus at work (coming AND going) to have two 20 minute walks per day
--Make conscious choices about food and ask, "Is this getting me closer to my goal or will its taste really be worth the fact it's not?"
--do yard work (cut grass and weed eat) It's a jungle so that oughtta burn a TON of calories!
--hang out at the boards when I'm bored and pondering snacks
