2 regrets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have finally deceided I'm glad I had my RNY surgery except I wish I would have had it 20 years sooner and my second regret is all this hanging skin. I think my whole body is nothing but loose skin and at my age (67) it isn't going to go away and if plastic surgery is more painful than hernia surgery there is no way I will have p.s. I hate feeling so helpless and unable to bend and do the things I want to do.

I do love all the wow moments I have had lately and I still have 15-20 more lbs I would like to lose to get me to a size 10-12.

All you newbies hang in there becauce if I can do it you can too.

 The "I wish I had it 20 years sooner," is my favorite regret to hear about!  Especially being a newbie.

I'm sorry about all the extra skin . . . is there a payoff in that maybe you can't bend because of the skin, but you have other things it is easier to do because of your fantastic weight loss?

Keep having those WOW moments and congrats on doing so well!!

Hi Denise I can't bend over because of having hernia surgery the 16th of Sept. There is a spot on the left side that gets squashed and hurts like a bolt of lightning going through me. The doc said it might take up to 6 months to be pain free. He also said I could never do situps or crunches again because there is a chance of the hernias popping out again.  Birdy

Ok Birdy I'm going to let you in on the Red Neck Plastic Surgery! Go to the Dollar General buy every tube of Preparation H coat your self not you face or will be calling you but head,  we don't want that and lay back and watch the shrinking begin! BwaHahaha!!!! Bama made me do it!!! C'ya Bob
