Updated Exercise Equipment

I know some of you had showed interest in how I exercised on the road driving truck. Well Shelia I finally posted a few pictures. I need to do more but it gives you or any truck driver friends a idea. Took them today still a little dizzy so be nice. I'll try to update with more pics this week. C'ya Bob

Ron was just asking me about your equipment, so I am glad I can now show him pix!  Glad you are doing better, Ron is still dizzy 2 years later, but then again, it could just be a genetic problem! LOL. My nephew is a truck driver and is always saying he can't exercise on the road.  I am going to have him look at your ideas!
