IDGOMB FRIDAY and Bob Update
Got back in the gym tonight worked moderate weights.. Sorry I've been MIA lately I hit harder then I thought last Saturday. I read some of the post but couldn't stay focused. Things are getting better. But wanted to say Melinda I'm very proud of your re-commitment i know as well as you've done with everything else you'll kick butt here too. Marilyn I know you've been thrown a lot of lemons here lately but I know you and the support you get from Ron you'll make lemonade, keep your chin up hope you have a blast this weekend. I appreciate everyone who's been concern Just a few things I wanted to say. I'll be back in the saddle soon. Thanks C'ya Bob
Bob,
Ron was just asking how you were last night. I'm sorry but I have lost your telephone number, so couldn't call. I am so glad to hear you are getting better. Those consussions can be nasty and last for several weeks. Ron and I are certainly trying to make lemonade! As for exercise, yesterday, I cleaned house, worried, went to PT, exercised upper body (trying to get ready for surgery), and put out mulch. No time for bike riding! Take care!

Good to see you. I asked Tim to ask Debbie how you were... she said you were on the mend. Sounds like you had quite a spill. I just have one question for ya. Do you live close to a hospital? You may need an Emergency Room when you get the life flight bill! I hear those can cause quite the heart trouble! LOL Just kidding
My muscles are achin today... but I have been sleeping better at night. The exercise exhausts me!
Thank Tim for checking in through the grapevine. Yea one of my bike routes take me to the new hospital they have a great coffee shop inside so I'll stop and grab a cup. When I had my accident it was a block from the old hospital where they still keep Vanderbilt's Helicopter. When I get the bill I might have to stop for oxygen instead of coffee. C'ya Bob
