Dinner Club glitch...need input

There has been a huge glitch in the Dinner Club and I would really appreciate everyone's input.
Honeysuckle Farms has said that they are booked for this date.  At this point...I'm opened to everyone's suggestion. I had sent Cheryl a message but don't have her number...she had been such a big part in orchestrating the event.  I think at this late stage in the game, still having it on Saturday the 18th at 5pm and just opting for a restaurant and maybe the cemetary tour, that was suggested in an earlier posting might be an option.  So ideas please? Before I pull all my hair out.

P.S. I don't like putting my number out there on the boards...but if any of the Dinner Club groupies need to get in touch with me about this and share their ideas...call me at 615-481-0123.  Thanks. I'm going to hide under a rock now.

Alyssa, Breath girl!!! Don't fret over this, we will come up with something. I can't speak for anyone else but at this late stage lets just go to dinner and have fun and maybe next year the pumpkin patch thing will work. I will see Cheryl tomarrow as well and I will let her know and give her your # to call you. What ever you pick will be fine for next week.

Thanks, Stacy

Alyssa,

Sorry to hear about that Honeysuckle Farms can't accomodate us this year.  I wouldn't have been able to make it there anyway.  I just found out earlier this week that I work from 1230-430 plus cleanup time.

Just keep us informed on where we are going.  We can always tell spooking ghost stories in the restaurant....LOL.

I vote for Red Robin again (what a blast Chad was at the last one).

Take care,
Tina

I have passed on your number to Phil and Cheryl. They are not sure when they might be online while in the mountains. It will all work out.

I think in light of everything, just let's meet at Red Robin in Mt. Juliet again.  So Red Robin, Mt. Juliet Providence Market place, still have it at 5pm, and following if we want to do a haunted Cemetary tour or the Hermitage has their haunted Hermitage stuff going on, then we can do that afterwards.  Sound good?

On that note, what is everyone's thought about the November and December months. Last year we postponed November and December due to the holidays, but if we want to do something during that time, let me know.  Thanks.

Alyssa, I'm so sorry that this didn't pan out for us this time. Sorry I had to leave, but if I hadn't things where gonna blow for me and that would not have been a pretty site. I hate that you could not get a hold to me for us to talk about this. I did get the message of what was going on (thanks Paul). I tried to call you soon after I got the message, but I kept losing service in the mountains.

But you done great with the plan (B) we had such a great time at RR last time and can't wait to go again. So that has my vote, for whatever it's worth.....lol

Are you gonna call, heck you probably allready have.....lol It would be cool to have Mr. Chad serve us again, he was a blast. So we would love to have him again if that is possible. Let me know if you need for me to do anything. I am sending you my phone 411.

I'll call tomorrow when I have a more definite head count.  I know I'll have to arrive early to make sure that RR has room for us, and I'll make sure to request Chad!

The RR will work just fine, as far as what to do afterward, I'm not sure yet. Do we know how expensive these tours are? Has anyone checked into the prices? If I need to do something let me know.

I'm not sure...I know Sheila posted a link as to the information on an earlier thread.  I'll look into it.  But that's if anyone wanted to do this, it's nothing set in stone...except for RR.  Sorry the farm didn't work out.
