IDGOMB - This one's for BobL
OK, I finally quit procrastinating and got my butt down to the gym. I walked 1 mile, jogged .10 mile and thought I would die. Then I got on the bike and rode 1 mile at a high resistance. My legs are killing me.
My exercise regime has been non existent for some time and we all know that is a recipe for disaster (weight gain) so I got off my lazy arse and just did it. Bob I have no idea how you ride your bike so far. My goodness I even a broke a sweat.
