Sounds like a nasty accident , glad everything checked out ok, and you left with only a few stitches. 
Good thing Vandy was close by and you weren't far from home!

Glad you got a good check up, sorry about your spill.  Hope you are mending well and feeling better each day.  Do we need to get you some bubble wrap before the next bike ride?

Sorry it took me so long to post. I am glad to hear that you are ok!   At first, I thought you were joking and I waited for a punchline but there wasn't one.  Then I knew you were for real.  I hope you are going to heal up quick. Take care of yourself.

Sounds like you should consider wearing full leathers along with your helmet, buddy!! 

Glad you weren't hurt any worse. Take it easy for a few days, rest, and heal up!!

Oh my Lord!  I am so glad you are ok!  I'm sure the Life Fight was interesting. Did you make them take your bike with you? I swear you and Ron must be related!  Last summer he flipped the riding lawnmower over in the driveway, hit his head and was unconcsious for 45 minutes.  I was in the house and didn't realize that he wasn't still mowing.  Somehow when he came to he got back to the house with a huge hematoma on the back of his head, and the president was Carter, then Reagan, then Kennedy...needless to say he spent the night in the hospital!  Again, I am glad you are ok--stay away from those opossums!
