Restorative Yoga Class
Hey there,
I know that this is short notice, but if you want something to do late this after noon, join me...I'm going to a restorative yoga class at the Oakwood Commons YMCA today at 4pm. It's an hour and a half class devoted to relaxation and yoga poses and supposed to be a very relaxing, but good workout. If anyone wants to go, the address is listed below and it's after the Titans game, so men...you can come too! The Oakwood Y offers it on the first Sunday of the month, so if you cant make it this month, you can go next month. Just something new to try.
